Nestled in the tranquility of the Montelittu area, in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo, Villa Aromata represents the evolution of the traditional Gallura stazzo, known locally as “lu palazzeddu”. This historic residence, spread over two floors, embodies the very essence of the most authentic Gallura, blending the rustic charm of its origins with the refinement of a modern renovation completed in 2023.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden, adorned with almond trees that provide shade and beauty, as well as an aromatic corner where basil, rosemary, mint, thyme, and helichrysum grow.
The latter, known as the “scent of Sardinia”, releases a unique aroma that evokes the island’s wild, unspoiled nature, immersing guests in an unmistakable olfactory experience.
The outdoor pool, heated and surrounded by greenery, invites you to relax and enjoy the warm Sardinian sunshine.

Every corner of Villa Aromata is designed to offer comfort: the air-conditioned rooms ensure coolness and relaxation even on the hottest days, while outside a shaded pergola becomes the perfect spot for outdoor lunches and dinners, accompanied by the melodic sound of cicadas.
In the garden, you will also find an ancient oven dating back more than 300 years, a precious testament to local history and traditions. This feature, alongside the villa’s architecture, tells a story of simplicity and harmony with the surrounding environment.
Villa Aromata’s location is both strategic and convenient: just a ten-minute drive from Olbia Airport and fifteen minutes from the city’s port, it’s perfect for those seeking comfort and accessibility. Within a three-minute drive, you’ll find a pharmacy, supermarket, bar, and pizzerias, while the area’s enchanting beaches, with their crystal-clear waters, can be reached in about fifteen minutes.

Spaces designed for the comfort and relaxation of guests
Villa Aromata offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas dedicated to guests’ relaxation and comfort. All bedrooms and common areas, including the kitchen and TV room, are equipped with air conditioning. The villa has four double bedrooms, each carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort.
In the TV room, there is a sofa bed, allowing up to a total of ten guests: eight in the double bedrooms and two on the sofa bed.
The villa features four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite to the double bedrooms. Three bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while one has a bathtub, perfect for moments of relaxation. The common areas include a satellite TV room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing meals together.
To ensure maximum convenience, the house is equipped with a 100 Mbps Wi-Fi connection, perfect for working, relaxing, or staying connected throughout your stay.
The villa also has a private parking area with space for three cars, plus plenty of free parking outside, ensuring comfortable access for all guests. Each guest will find a set of soft towels including a pool towel, a body towel, a face towel, and a guest towel. Three hairdryers are available, along with an ironing board and iron, for complete convenience during your stay.
